Yes, we carry general liability insurance.

Yes, our demonstrations might be one of the few things the whole family can agree on. Young and old, people from all walks of life stop in their tracks to watch the mesmerizing glow of this magnificent material.

To set up our demonstration, we require a flat and level outdoor space. This space should be approximately 20 feet by 20 feet with direct access for unloading our trailer (7' wide x 14' long x 9' high). Please note that for state and county fairs, we require a 20-foot by 20-foot commercial tent with walls and no center pole, to be set up prior to our arrival.

For single day events, a smaller space around 10 feet by 20 feet with access for the trailer will suffice.
To prepare for our demonstration, we'll need reliable access to electricity. We require at least one standard, 120-volt, 15-amp outlet, within 50 feet of the demonstration area. For multi-day events, we will need at least 20 amps.

To ensure our glass is properly melted, we'll also need 4 hours of power before the event starts each day.

For remote locations and some single-day events we can bring our own generator.

For state and county fairs and other multi-day events, we require propane to be provided. In our experience, it is common for event organizers to work out a sponsorship deal with a local propane supplier.

For single day events we will supply our own propane.

Yes, for multi-day events like state and county fairs, we prefer a space with hookups for our RV situated near our demonstration area. Otherwise, a hotel room will be needed.

For shorter events our accommodation needs will vary depending on location.

We'll need access to the venue one day before for setup, as well as four hours prior to the start time each day. After our final demonstration, we'll require one additional day for packing, loading, and letting the equipment cool down.

Don't fret if you're hosting a single-day event! We're flexible with setup and breakdown times, so just give us a shout and we'll work out a timeline that suits your needs.

While not hands-on, at all of our demonstrations the audience can actively learn by observing, asking questions, and engaging with the presentation. We offer workshops and classes for a more hands-on experience, where your attendees can even take home a piece of glass that they made.
