Space & Location
- A 20’ x 20’ level space with a commercial tent or covered area for the demonstrations.
- An adjacent 18’ x 8.5’ parking space for our equipment trailer.
- Space for benches or bleachers along the front viewing side of the tent.
- Total footprint: approximately 30' x 30'
Power & Fuel Needs
- A 120V, 20-amp power outlet within 50 feet of our setup.
- Approximately 15 gallons of propane per day.
- Minimum tank size: 100 lb (25 gallons)
Additional Requirements
- On-site RV parking with at least 30-amps power.
- The setup of the tent must be completed at least 24 hours before our first demonstration.
- The tent should remain in place for at least 16 hours after our final demo to allow the furnace to cool before loading.
We understand that not all venues have the perfect setup, and we’re happy to discuss adjustments to accommodate different site conditions where possible.
